You can expect to see some wear consistent with age and use.  Wear can consist of paint wear, tiny nicks or scratches, most often caused by utensils or stacking.  As always, please inspect all photos carefully before purchasing.  We do not accept returns of antique, vintage or collectible items.  We go to great lengths to provide high resolution images of the items we sell.  Again, please inspect all photos carefully and feel free to request more images in the event we did not capture some aspect of an item you are interested in purchasing.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees of returned merchandise.  We will refund customers the full price of the item purchased, provided it is returned in the same condition it was sent based on the product page photograph images.

Any item valued $250 and up will have a signature confirmation at no extra charge. Shipping to AK, HI, PR, APO/FPO takes a longer to arrive.  Once an order has been shipped and the delivery's tracking number begins to show progress, Room Tonic is no longer responsible for the package as it is in the hands of the courier. International Buyers: Shipping costs tend to be much higher than US shipping costs for items. Any item over $75 is shipped registered and insured.  Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be.  We claim the value of the package based on the purchase price.  It is against the law to claim any item as a gift to avoid customs fees.  Please do not ask us to do so.  International delivery can take up to three weeks and sometime as long as six to arrive, due to Post Office or Customs delay.
