Product Care:  Proper care must be maintained for the warranty to be valid. To properly maintain your outdoor furniture, wash it with a warm water solution. Use a soft sponge or clean rag. Rinse with clear water. Furniture should be cleaned bi-monthly to prevent salt build-up on the powder-coat finish. Crystallized salt may oxidize, discolor and or blister the finish over time. Residue from floor or patio cleaning chemicals will deteriorate the finish. Do not store furniture in freezing conditions.  Always store frames in an upright position to prevent water build up in frames and allow water to drain.

Free shipping is included on all David Francis Furniture orders.  Ships in approximately 4 weeks upon receipt of fabric selection or Customer’s Own Material (COM).  COM requirement is 1.5 yards.

Return Policy

We want our customers to feel like every item is the perfect match for their home.

Customers can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.

There are a few items that cannot be returned:

• Gift cards and clearance items
• Custom furniture (e.g. furniture made to order)
• Personalized items (e.g. monogrammed items)
• Bundled items at discounted rates, e.g. “5 for $25” (unless the entire bundle is returned)
• Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
• Items you have already assembled

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we will address the matter and work with you to find the best solution.

Refund Policy

You can choose to receive store credit for your return or have the original payment method refunded. Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
